Telephone Surveys

As an additional benefit, Ricca Group offers professional telephone interviewing services for in-depth interviews. Whether you need a few pretests for your large quota project, or two hundred qualitative telephone interviews, our experienced moderators are qualified to conduct in-depth discussions with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Initially, all of our interviewers are required to receive training in interviewing techniques (materials by CMOR/MRA) and are then required to participate in regular information sessions on common healthcare topics. Prior to each project, interviewers attend an additional mandatory session that focuses specifically on the topic of the survey.

Survey pretests

We understand the need to pretest your large quantitative projects to ensure the success of the research. Given the unique opportunity a pretest presents to receive instant feedback on their survey, it is important that the moderator leading the discussion has complete understanding of the research topic and is able to draw useful feedback from the respondent.

Our most experienced moderators can conduct full length telephone pretests to gauge the quality of survey questions or simply debrief a respondents after completing an Internet survey. Not only will we give you the option of listening to the live call, we will also provide a complimentary recordings of your pretests, which will be available to you around the clock via our secure client portal.
