Each individual is provided with formal instruction along with the more casual peer-to-peer training for his/her position. An office-wide “open door” policy ensures that everybody works as a team and help is readily available to those who seek it.
Project managers and fielding department personnel typically carry some background in healthcare and have experience with conducting professional phone surveys. Regardless, each undergoes regular training sessions in effective interviewing techniques as well as medical terminology. Additionally, topic-specific discussions are held for each project on a regular basis.
